1. Eligibility

2. Free Consultations and Scheduling

We offer a free telephone consultation to discuss how hypnosis may help you. All hypnosis sessions are by appointment only.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

All clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show for their session will be charged for the time reserved. Non-emergent short-notice cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session.

4. Booking and Payment

All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for unused prepaid sessions. Sessions are non-transferrable and expire six months from the purchase date. Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated with 30 days’ notice.

5. Results Disclaimer

Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and results may vary based on individual participation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Intended Use

All services are for educational and self-improvement purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any hypnosis program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including audios, videos, written materials, and downloads, are the intellectual property of St. Petersburg Hypnosis Center LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. Petersburg Hypnosis Center LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

Program Description: Clients may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and promotional content related to our hypnosis services via SMS.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number you receive messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our web forms.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
